Learn how to use aerial hoop and trapeze with Ollii Park! Aimed at beginners, the class offers the chance to learn basic acrobatic movement on the trapeze and aerial hoop. This will improve your balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility - in particular upper body, arms and core strength.
