About the workshop

Aimed at beginners, the class offers the chance to learn basic acrobatic movement on the trapeze and aerial hoop. This will improve your balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility - in particular upper body, arms and core strength. This session is aimed at 12-18 year olds.
