Try Trapeze is a new aerial evening class for adults in Pontypridd.
Aimed at beginners, the class offers the chance to learn basic acrobatic movement on the trapeze and rope climbing technique. This will improve your balance, co-ordination, strength and flexibility - in particular upper body, arms and core strength.

 

We started these classes in 2018 at the Muni Arts Centre in Pontypridd.  Unfortunately due to closure of the Muni, we have had to cancel January classes.
