Green Man Festival
For four years we have had the pleasure of creating bespoke large scale shows for this much-loved music festival in the Brecon Beacons. An open-air stage with spectacular backdrops sees us Co-Produce the performing arts programme and headline with a fiery spectacle each evening. As part of our “New Professionals” scheme, this project sees circus students working alongside professional dancers and aerialists to create a performance for an audience of thousands - a highlight of the festival.
BETWEEN THE DEVIL AND THE DEEP (2018)
In 2018 we teamed up with students from Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and some of the team from South Wales-based Splatch Circus to work alongside our regular collaborators, Circomedia to give students the chance to flex their creative muscle.

AND LEGENDS
(2017)
For our third year at the festival, the Back of Beyond stage moved across to the main field where we created “Gorge”, a magical folk tale inspired by the local legend of Llyn Cwm Llwch. Created with Circomedia, Ballet Cymru and a whole host of professional circus artists.

Precipice
YEAR OF ADVENTURE (2016)
For our second year at Green Man we created “Precipice”; an epic adventure of climbing the World’s tallest mountain inspired by Crickhowell’s famous son - Sir George Everest. Created with students from Circomedia working alongside circus professionals.
